Semi-dried red tomatoes are dried in specialised industrial ovens, with moisture content and other properties adjusted according to customer preferences. During harvest, fresh tomatoes are washed, sliced, dried in ovens, and subsequently frozen — without the addition of any additives or preservatives. The frozen semi-dried red tomatoes are stored in cold storage facilities and shipped frozen.

Frenk's Aden semi dried tomatoes start with fully ripened red tomatoes harvested in the fields of Southeastern Anatolia. Each fruit is washed, sliced and gently dried in specialised industrial ovens, then frozen at peak freshness to lock in its concentrated flavour and colour. No additives or preservatives are used at any stage — the ingredient list is simply 100% tomatoes, which makes the product suitable for clean-label formulations.

For industrial buyers, these frozen semi dried tomatoes are a versatile wholesale ingredient. They slot directly into pizza and sauce production, ready meals, sandwich fillings, salads and appetiser lines, delivering an intense tomato character without the variability of fresh supply. Moisture content can be adjusted to customer preferences, and production takes place in our BRC-certified facility in Şanlıurfa, Turkey. The product is supplied in 10 kg cardboard boxes for bulk users and 1 kg Doy Packs for retail or food service repacking. Stored and shipped frozen at –18°C, it carries a two-year shelf life, giving importers a dependable year-round supply.
